Job Description:
This is a full time position in Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning department that involves being part of a fast-paced, energetic team that values strong relationships with their customers, open communication, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Work independently or as part of a team
- A strong commitment to quality work
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Work in an outdoor environment
- Comfortable working on ladders and heights

- Naperville, Lisle, Barrington, Saint Charles, Glenview, Chicago, and many more.
Customer Service Representative
This position will require you to complete clerical and administrative duties. Looking for someone who is productive, the ability to multi task, good organizational skills, and has an upbeat and friendly personality over the phone. The position is great for an individual that is willing to grow with the company.
- Provides Customer Service and assistance to customers and other departments.
- Professionally answer and process customer calls in a timely manner
- Determine customer needs and address those needs in a friendly and efficient manner
- Entering service calls into the system
- Dispatching, including tracking services technicians completed jobs.
- Serve as administrative back-up to the Dispatcher
- Perform general office duties including data entry, maintaining filing systems, collecting mail, responding to email inquiries, etc.
