How to Prepare Your Home for Your Window Cleaning Service with Bubbles

Thank you for scheduling your window cleaning service with Bubbles! Soon, your windows will be sparkling like new. Please review the information below to prepare for our technician’s arrival.

Exterior water source

An exterior water source is required for all services provided by Bubbles. You will want to ensure that your water source is on and the water spigots are working properly. We recommend that you check your water spigot prior to our arrival, especially if your service occurs shortly after the winter season. If there is a water source that we should avoid using, please inform our team prior to the technician’s arrival.

Blinds, drapes, and window coverings

Please be sure to remove any window coverings and pull aside any blinds. If by any means you are unable to completely remove a window covering, we ask that it be pulled as far away from the window as possible. Following this procedure allows our technicians to have easy access to your windows, making it easier for them to provide you with excellent service.

Pets

While our technicians are always happy to meet new friendly faces, we do ask that your pets be put away while the technician is working on the premises. The technician will be working with ladders and other equipment that might be stressful on your pet, and we want to ensure that this process is as smooth as possible for everyone.

Garden and bay windows

If you have any garden or bay windows in your home, we ask that you remove any plants, decorations, and other items from in front of the window, and for the shelving area around the window to be removed. This will give our technician clear access to the glass.

Interior and exterior furniture

Moving any furniture that may block access to your windows is key to having a smooth window cleaning service. We ask that any furniture blocking your windows be moved prior to the service. We understand that there are some heavy pieces of furniture that aren’t able to be moved out of the way. In this case, the technician will do their best to work around it.

Holiday and window decorations

If you have any decorations on your windows, we ask that you remove them prior to the appointment. This will save a great amount of time and will give our technician clear access to your windows.
